Ingredients
- 1 Loaf of sour dough bread
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 stick salted butter melted
- 1 ½ tablespoons Half Baked Blends Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut crosswise and lengthwise, (diamond pattern) not cutting it through but just enough to leave it intact.
- In a small bowl combine cheeses, and garlic, Half Baked Blends Italian seasoning.
- Stuff cheese blend evenly into all of the slits.
- In another small bowl combine melted butter and remaining ingredients. Whisk together and spoon over stuffed cheese slits.
- Wrap loaf in foil. Place loaf on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30 minutes, unwarp the top of the loaf and bake an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
